Internship Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at ProWeb, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

Assist in identifying and researching potential clients.

Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Follow up on leads and manage client communication.

Marketing Support:

Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

Help manage the company’s social media accounts and update website content.

Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events to engage clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.

Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and maintain sales records and client databases.

What We're Looking For

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
